Sea-Breeze Beachside Penthouse Retreat offers a bright and flexible stay in Santa Maria, with direct views toward the beach and generous outdoor space for relaxing, dining, or simply enjoying the sea breeze.

The apartment includes two bedrooms with king-size beds, two full bathrooms with walk-in showers, and an en suite bedroom that opens to a private balcony. Upstairs, the wooden deck creates a second lounge space with a sofa chair that can sleep one additional guest.

This is a comfortable and versatile base for couples, friends, or a family wanting a spacious stay close to the beach, with both shared and private outdoor areas.

Guest access and check-in

Guests have access to the full apartment, including both bedrooms, both bathrooms, the upstairs deck area, and both balconies. The beach-facing outdoor space is ideal for lounging and enjoying the sea breeze.

Guests can self check in using the key stored in the lockbox, or a meet and greet can be arranged at check-in if preferred. Support with airport transfers, excursions, and local recommendations can also be arranged during the stay.

There is ongoing construction in front of the property in the beachside area. The beach remains visible, but the view is currently partially affected until the works are completed. We prefer to be clear about this so guests know exactly what to expect before enquiring.
